You can Start Again

Add many years to the life of the king! May his years span the generations! Ps. 61:6

Last week I saw a birds nest lying on the ground. I thought sadly of the time and work it must have taken to build it, but suddenly my thoughts were interrupted by a bird singing. Then I looked up into the tree and saw a wonderful sight, the bird busy building another nest.

You can’t go back, you can’t rewrite the past. However, you don’t have to wallow in regret and remorse. Our experiences have made us who we are today, and we are still breathing. Everything begins with a decision, decide to live again! All of us have things we wish we would have done differently or hadn’t done at all. What is past is past! Rearview mirrors were made to glance at, not stare at! Put it under the blood and move on. Your best days are ahead, if you can accept God’s promise and act on it.
