Thursday 8*18, 5:30pm – 7:00pm: Free clinic on the Basics of Breast Health, an educational program that reinforces the importance of breast cancer screenings. This is at Mclaren Hosptial in the Charles Classroom. Saturday 8*20, 2pm – 8pm: Day of Hope is an afternoon of hope filled encouragement through breakout sessions. Day includes q&a, worship & special speakers: Bri Miller, Dr. Kim Paul Clark, Tiwana Porter, Angie Jennings, Laura Burrell, & worship with Havala Tucker! Some of our speakers have survived breast cancer, trauma and loss, and know what it means to have hope during life’s trials. This is a free event with dinner included, contribute through love offering at evening service. Saturday Registration is required by calling 810-364-6164.
Sunday 8*21, 10am – 11:30am: Concluding the Weekend of Hope, we have invited Angie Jennings, Tiwana Porter, and Dr. Clark-Paul to join us for our morning service. They will each be sharing a short portion on God’s Hope, during the speaking time of the service. Come experience the love of God for yourself with our last day of this Weekend of Hope.
